INTENDED USE
Argen Universal DNA/RNA Extraction kit can extract DNA and RNA from a Variety of samples, including serum, plasma, whole blood, tissue, swab, urine, feces, scar fluid, semen, saliva, envionmental samples feed etc.
After the treated sample is added with lysis buffer, the mixture is transferred to the adsorption column and the the viral DNA / RNA can be separated by washing and elution. The nucleic acid extracted by this kit can be used for experiments such as fluorescent PCR, Northern Blot, and cDNA library contruction.
